South Korea's largest crypto exchange Upbit has added Dogwifhat (WIF) to its KRW, BTC and USDT trading pairs. The move gives one of Solana's most recognisable memecoins direct access to Korean won liquidity — a market known for generating outsized retail volume on newly listed assets.

Dogwifhat originated as a viral image of a Shiba Inu in a pink knitted hat and grew into one of the top-cap Solana memecoins. A Upbit listing is a meaningful distribution milestone, though price impact will depend on how quickly Korean retail interest picks up.
