Robinhood Crypto COO Tanya Denisova exits as crypto revenue craters 47% year over year!

Tanya Denisova, chief operating officer of Robinhood Crypto, is leaving the firm after more than five years, according to two people with knowledge of the matter. Her departure lands as Robinhood reported a sharp 47% year-over-year drop in crypto revenue for Q1 — falling to $134 million from $252 million — a miss that sent the stock down 8% and pushed the company to miss both earnings and revenue estimates.

The timing is pointed. Denisova was one of the senior executives overseeing Robinhood's crypto vertical as it grew into one of the platform's biggest transaction-income drivers. Losing that leadership precisely when the business is under pressure to reduce its dependence on digital asset market cycles adds an execution risk layer on top of the revenue story.
